The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.

Ben has mentioned many times that emailing him directly is the best & quickest way to let him know there is a problem. I doubt he has the time to be logged on all the time looking for PMs & posts.

True, but this antique thing that claims it's a computer, seems to have a problem getting up to spped enough to do real e-mail. kinda like merging onto the freeway at 20 miles an hour! It gets slammed and crashes. He tells me, that he will get it if I PM, it is just slower, because he does not check it as often. Until I can get my real computer fixed, I will have to make due with this one, which drops stone chips when I type. ;)

I'm sure that Ben is busy on many levels, but he is the administrator for this site. I don't seem to be able to send via his email address so I placed here in an attempt to be helpful. Since you felt the need to criticize my efforts, I'll let you take care of it in the future Bobow.
