Anyone get a Bear Or an Elk Tag in MI?

I didnt get an elk tag again this year. I put in for the bull only. However for the 2nd year in a row I was able to pick up a bear tag. Looking forward to this. Anyone eles have any luck?

No luck on the elk tag. At least I picked up another point in next year's drawing. Maybe by the time I'm 80 I'll have enough points to stand a reasonable chance of being selected! It would be great to get an elk tag and each year I can't wait for the results.

Nope.....neither one. Not a big shock since it was 12 years between my bear tags, even though I'd applied every year. Five points this year and again still no bear tag. Maybe I'll draw an elk tag next year? HA!
Goal: 1 shot= 1 kill
