About the Purina, which I feed year round, its called Purina Deer 20, and it currently costs 9.10 a bag, not the cheapest. Believe it or not deer are almost addicted to it. Corn around here is outrageous also. So we buy it straight out of the field, if I remember correctly it cost us around 124 for around 1400 pounds of corn...but I also plant 2 acres of food plot, so either way my bill runs pretty high...

Must be nice being able to legaly bait...have you ever used record rack? I saw it on Alan Warren outdoors. TX, sure has turned around the health of the deer herd. What are you planting in your plots?

Shadow I have 10 - 12 small plots and the deer don't mow them until weather really turns bad....they take down the buckwheat but I always under plant that with a winter crop...here are pics if you didn't see them else where on bb......

Eat Deer - I havent tried Record Rack, because the last time I traded to a slightly cheaper feed by Livengood feeds, it went to the cows, I lost the deer and they lost all interest, so thats why Im worried about changing agian...and I plant Biologic Full Draw, Green Patch Plus, and a cheaper brand by Biologic they call Hunters Blend, and I will mix in oats and winter peas....
