My Ero mount this year:

This is my Euro mount I did. Arrow tips are from my creek around it. Alot of scrapping to get that skull clean!!

Nice job. I feel your pain trying to get the scull clean. Very labor intensive. It's like plucking a canada goose...no matter how long you have been doing it, you should do it some more.
Keep life simple...if you hear hoofbeats, think horses, not zebras.

SE Iowa,,is where my creek is located. Area is known for alot of Indian tribes. Most of the area has long since been picked over artifact wise,,but heavy rains still uncover a few. Wish I had been a farmer many yrs ago. A neighbor of mine said his dad,,a long time original farmer,,had a 5 gal pail of arrowheads, sitting in the barn when he was a kid. Just threw them away. Back then people thot they had little worth!
