Well I did the one miler loaded incline today. That was the only event I could accomplish as the gym was close to closing time this evening. My time was 13:45 . I basically "airborne shuffled", if you will, a low stride jog at about 5 MPH. I perspired alot, it was a workout.
I only hunt on days that end in ' Y '.

I plan on doing this again this year.
I only hunt on days that end in ' Y '.

Sweet! Report back and let us know how it goes.

On a side note, I'm going to be launching a new training program for clients at the gym this spring. It should translate really well for hunters and would aid a person in maxing the score on this assessment. Let me know if you're interested.
