PA Laws.

Does your state have a deer regulation that defies common sense?

NWPAHunter, I live in Frewsburg NY, right over the border from you. The land I hunt is in Busti and it is right on the PA border! Nice to see someone from my neck of the woods on here! Good luck! Oh and the sunday hunting thing has kept me from buying my PA license for 10 years now....I do alot of hunting on sundays and it just didnt seem worth the money if i could only hunt 1 day  week. I hope they change it for you guys. good luck this season!

Thanks, it certainly will bolster the case that many non resident hunters would prefer Sunday as a day to hunt.

Individuals and organizations interested in learning more about expanding hunting opportunities should contact the Governor's Advisory Council for Hunting, Fishing and Conservation by calling 717-772-3292.

Ask how you can get involved.

Sorry guys - i had to laugh out loud when I read this.  I had no idea that there were laws that prohibited hunting on Sundays in some states!?  I am from Wisconsin and honestly had no idea.  Good luck getting that silly law changed!!!

Ohio got rid of the no hunting Sunday rule many years ago. They do a pretty good job.  Now, I'm not saying that they are perfect.
