It sure has been a while since I've had a chance to post on here.....Life has just gotten way too busy.
Anyways, I came across this video and wanted to post it to see what everyone thought. I'm sure we'll get a wide range of discussion points. The video is about 12 minutes long, but well worth it and opens your eyes to a whole different perspective and where hunting is going....

That video was hard to watch and even harder to understand what those guys thought that they were doing. Certainly not hunting. Very bad for all of hunting.

It got a lot of discussion three years ago when it happened. Since then, it has lost a lot of its' surprise factor.

I guess it was appropriate to have a pro fisherman, to shoot fish in a barrel. What's next? fishing with dynamite? How about big game fishing with a downed powerline? That wasn't hunting, that was target practice. 
The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.

That was tough to watch. I don't understand how anyone could get any sense of accomplishment doing something like that. Very sad.

Yes, it's pretty pathetic. I even went and posted the video on Jimmy's facebook page and he/they took it down w/in 24 hours and I can't post on their anymore, so I'm sure it's not something they want to deal with and have other people seeing.

I know that it was a video to let us know what was going on, but like the narrator said, it can be used against us by the anti-hunting community to "paint all of us hunters with the same brush".
I make a motion for us to stop buying Jimmy Huston endorsed products as well as any other products endorsed by these so called "pro hunter" to put our point across that we will not stand for this type of non-sence in our sport.
