Grim Reaper telescoping ladder

Anyone have one of these telescoping ladders? From what I've found they don't make them anymore. I'd really like to have one of the aluminum ones before they went cheap and out of business. Just thought I'd see what your thoughts on them were, I really like the portable ladder idea.

A quick google search says Sears sells telescopic ladders. several to choose from. @12.5 feet and $170- $260.
The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.
