Early Antler Growth Picture

I checked the trail cam yesterday and was shocked to find a photo of a buck with this much antler growth this early. I had lots of other photo's of bucks with just about an inch or so, but this was really unexpected. It appears to be a buck we saw in 2010 that had about 50" on one side with 4 points and the a long palmated dagger on the other side. We did not see him at all in 2011. I am guessing he had an injury to form this type of growth. But it was April 21st and to have this much growth is just amazing to me.
