I went up to my place in the Rhinelander area over the weekend to check my trail cam and found this big buck. I have several pictures of the buck beginning in April when he just began growing his antlers up to this picture. How old do you think he is? I am so pumped to see this one during bow season

Based on the belly size, length of nose and mass, I would estimate that he is at least a 4 year old. He could even be 5 years old or more.

I count 12 points on him. Is that correct?

Oh my age guess would probally be a four year old as well. I'm thinkin he isn't 5 yet because he doesn't have much for tine length and it being pretty much august I don't think he is going to add much either! besides that he is very impressive. tall, good main beams, nose looks long, good belly on him, can't really judge the mass with the velvet but I'd guess its good. I wouldn't think twice about shooting him thats for sure! good luck hunting him this year!
