Traditional Harvest

Got this fella last night.Hancock county. 15 yds...on the ground using a 1973 Ben Person Ambusher [email=56@28]56@28[/email] flinging cedars I made up myself tipped with Zwickey No Mercy SB head. He went less than 100yds.

There's something quite special about killing a deer with an arrow that you made yourself, with a broadhead that you personally put the razor edge on, isn't there?

Awesome buck and even more awesome adventure using a traditional bow and self made arrows.  Great job.

great deer ,bow looks to be in fine shape also,what poundage? brace height looks extreme,whats it measure?

56 @ 28  brace hgt of 8 1/2   (just what the specs called for in the 73 catalog :) )

its a 48" AMO
