Missing one side of rack

Will the other side of this rack grow in next year? Will it be the same?

Thats hard to say without a close up look. If he broke it off, next years growth should be normal. If the pedicel is damaged, then it's anyones guess, could be nothing again, or could be something nontypical.
I have a buck in one area that was very nontypical for a couple of years, due to an auto. Once his wounds healed, he's back to a typical rack. At least that's what last years sheds are, and the pics. I have of him. There is another buck in that same place that went from nontypical to more of a typical rack.

Heres one I got on trail cam after our season closed out. The popular opinion is that he already shed one half but it was early feb and here they were just starting to rut. Unfortunately his ear is in the way and keeps me from seeing if he broke off a large part of it in a fight or if it never grew in at all?
