Horns.....?????

I just can not understand why, what I thought were the few remaining reputable Deer shows on TV, are more and more having supposed Whitetail experts and Contributors refer to Bucks as having HORNS.....
It may seem like a little thing to some, but as a volunteer hunter ed instructor who also tries to teach the next generation that hunting is about more than just shooting the Biggest buck and tries to focus on other things such as habitat and characteristics of whitetail. It is really annoying to constantly see these shows and have them refer to Antlers as Horns. And have these young folks come to class and talk about " I was watching this show or that and Did you see the size of the Horns on one on that show "

Deer do not have HORNS.

Maybe it is a small thing but it does irritate me also.
