Planting Trees

Hey guys I am sure this question has been brought up many times, but I am new to the site. I am looking to plant many trees on my property to help deer habitat. What are some of the faster growing trees that a guy could plant to bring in deer and good shelter here in South Dakota?

I would suggest getting a hold of you state forester. He will have all the good and correct answers, instead of you waisting your time and money. That's what I did and now have a great red pine forest with the trees in the 25' range with good cover for deer and turkey.
