D & DH calendar for 2012?

Wondering....Is D & DH still sending out calendars with our subscriptions? Got my 2011 after most of the year was over. Never received one for 2012. Should I be annoyed or do we just not get them anymore?

I didn't know calendars came with the subscriptions, or had. I only subscribed about a month ago, so I wonder. I know it will take a while for my first copy to arrive anyway.

Thanks for sharing information. Actually I had also the same question in mind for a long time anyways you started this thread & I am so happy.

I posted the same question a couple of years ago and was told that they were backordered. Received it the following March. (or so) Didn't get one the next year or this year. I'm thinking that they just stopped including it in the subscription, since the magazine offers it separately.
I was hoping that other members would join in on whether they received one or not.
