Jogging is a best way to get the fitness and improve the body strength and stamina.
I also do jogging, running, and swimming for the fitness purposes.
These workout help me a lot in this regard.

I do 3.25 - 4.0 miles on the treadmill 3 times a week, lift for upper body strength 3 times a week, and drink beer for nutrition.
