Workout Plan

There should be proper timing for the exercises.
Morning time is the best for the exercising.
At least half hour should be spended on exercising.
My daily workout routine is such as:
Push ups: 25,
Pull ups: 25,
Sits up: 50,
Jogging: 15 minutes,
Swimming: 20 minutes.
