1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper (more or less)
1 tsp Tobasco (more or less)
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp Worsteschire (sp?)
2 TBsp chili powder
1 TBsp oregano
1 whole yellow onion (I prefer not a sweet vidalia type)
1 cup water (more or less depending on how thick or thin you like your chili)
4 clove diced fresh garlic
2 can kidney bean
2 can tomato sauce
2 can stewed or diced canned tomato
6 pack of a dark beer
salt and pepper to taste
Brown the meat, toss everything in a pot along with 1 of the dark beers, simmer looooww til the onions are opaque (or however long you like to cook it, just don't burn it). Drink the other 5 beers while your waiting
