Sheds

Postby Deerhunter04 » Wed Jan 23, 2013 11:07 pm

Ive heard alot of people saying they have found quite a few sheds already. I seen a half rack this morning if he would have had his other side he would have been a big 10. Are any of you having any luck yet Im thinking of going out this weekend.

I was down in west central IL last week for two days and found 20 on the nose. My main purpose was to pull scouting cameras, inspect food plots and tear apart hinge cut areas, to gauge if they required more work. I found the majority back in the hinge cuts. Also, been reviewing my pics and by the end of Jan, I'd say 85ish % of the bucks there had dropped.

Hope that helps.

I haven't found any myself, but I haven't had much time to look. I hope to get out to my stomping grounds and really do a good search pretty soon.

Sierra, the longer you wait, the more the squirrels will be at them. They can really ruin a shed in short time. I have repaired many.
