PSA For High Capacity Magazines

Postby Woods Walker » Mon May 06, 2013 7:53 pm

This makes the case for why there should be no magazine capacity limit for self defense. This scenario is not all that far fetched either.

It's not far fetched at all Woodsie... especially when you factor in the crack smoking. Most people who are trying to break into your house run at the first sign of self-defense or gunfire.. but a hopped up crackhead is a completely different story.

Good point. And crackheads are also a good reason to not use any handgun for self/home defense who's caliber's first number is anything less than a "4". Also a great case for using a shotgun!!!! 00 buck is a great persuader.

Excellent! It makes the point much better than any verbal argument.

It is well made, and is a very accurate portrayal of real life possibilities. There is no logical or justifiable reason to restrict the actions of the lawful for the actions of the criminal. Did he have time to change clips? Maybe. Did he even HAVE another clip? maybe. Would a few more rounds have saved him and his family? Yes. I will take a yes over a maybe any day. How big a clip should he be allowed to have? I don't know....How many dirt bags are allowed to attack him at the same time? Huh? What do you mean you have no way to control that? If you can't control the number of attackers, how can you possibly know how many bullets you may need at on time? Hmmm? ;)
The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.
