Current project

Postby Sailfish » Fri Oct 04, 2013 9:10 am

Started a tree house for the kids a few weeks back.
Only been able to get 2-3 hours after work from time to time, but making progress.
Got the shell up finally and some OSB on a few sides.
Hopefully i'll have the siding and tin on before winter is over
Have to start a Haunted Hotel this w/e for them............never ends

Here some progression pics

Oh, come on now Sail...tell the truth. You're not building that "dwelling" for them, you're building it for YOU!!!

So....when do the electricians and plumbers come?

I see a really nice tree stand close enough to the house so you can watch hunting shows out the back window while you wait on the deer to show up!

Nice work Sailfish. You are a good Dad.

Actually I did run conduit underground a few years back even a sewer line to 3 different areas in my backyard............just in case. 8-)
I do want to run power, sewer however would get the man on my back

Well i'm city folk, but I COULD sit on that new deck and get my limit of bushy-tailed tree rats in < 45 minutes

not here in Ohio. Can't hunt the tree rats from above, here. Makes little sense to me, but they don't want to alter how squirrels act by changing the location of their predators.

The only real difference between a good tracker and a bad tracker is observation. All the same data is present for both. The rest is understanding what you are seeing.

Down here, the deer populations in the cities and towns has grown tremendously. Most places allow bow hunting inside the city limits for deer.

Have to cross that fence when we get there.

We're not selling unless I were to win powerball or something, then the Keys would have a new Sailfish in its Waters
My neighbor is confident he's staying because of our school district.
I'm thinking worse case scenario.......i'd have to tear it down I suppose :(
