In my case the SC supreme court has already ruled that the use of those type of devices to interfere with hunters is hunter harassment, and the SC Legislature has passed laws protecting the rights of hunters while outlawing any harassment of legal hunting practices. So, in answer to the question..........00buck shot, or a couple of .40 cal or .45 cal jhps should take one down. In the case of a potential poacher, ......Gee officer, I was shooting at a deer on my property and had no idea that someone was trespassing when my shot killed them!!!!!!!!!!
