Tru Ball Stinger release

I had this less than a year.
I practiced fairly often but not alot. Maybe shot 300 arrows +/-
 
3rd time hunting in the woods with it; I was at my stand site, looked down and one of the forceps (jaw) was gone! I had no way to fire an arrow.
 
I had to hike back to the truck, decloth, get in the truck and drive 24 miles to a Dicks to get something else.
 
There are 4  pins that hold the housing together, one pin just fell out (they are pressed into the housing). I lost one forcep and the spring mechanism.
 
Upset was I, to say the least, it wasn't cheap.
 
But I have been in contact with Tru Ball and they are going to "fix" it for me.
 
I just hope this was a fluke and it not happen at a more remote or critical time.
