. I definitley need more cardio as I age. 4-5 times a week, combining weights and cardio, for an hour is about right. Biggest enemy is 1. Beer 2. fatty foods 3. chocolate. BP & sugar levels good, cholestrol climbing, gotta get that under control. I normally eat very well during the week, but the weekends have the biggest temptations! Soon, my wife will join my gym and that's great when you have a partner who can push you and keep you honest.
Stay active, keep moving. Keep the aging process at bay as long as you can. You owe it to yourself and your families. Good luck everyone!
