Woodsy, are you a candidate for surgery? I know a bunch of guys who have had it (torn rotator cuffs are common in my line of work) and it is often very successful. The guys I know have almost all gotten back to 100%.
I suspect that I have a slight tear in mine but it is not enough to be a candidate for the knife.

Seeing as this is JPH's thread,and with all his gastronomic issues while hunting, I just assumed that it was the pull up training pants that kids use while potty training.....[:D]
