What are some of your favorite venison / wildgame cookbooks?

I have an old Lyman cookbook from many years ago, and I have an Indiana Conservation Officers wild game cookbook I really like the recipes in.

I seriously think D&DH should publish a readers cookbook, I think it would sell and I`d buy one.

Quality Venison Cookbook.  My wife got me this book from Cabelas for X-mas.  It has over 400 recipes and the ones we've tried have been awesome.
