Look into a RCBS rockchucker master reloading kit.
Has everything you need to get started except for the dies.
That's good advice. Don't buy something just because it's cheap.
Also, don't be afraid to buy used. Lots of people get into reloading, and after a year or so the equipment just sits there. Post on a few message boards to see if anyone is willing to sell something they don't use. My press is a used RockChucker.

Right now I'm buying cheap, I've gotten laid off again and trying to save money as well as satisfy my target shooting craving. I'm leaning towards a lee reloading kit because it's very reasonbly priced and has had many good reviews. When things turn around I might look into an upgrade.
