Shelby county man charged with taking over the limit  of antlered deer, use of another persons permits , and reporting violations.  The man killed 4 bucks and tagged 2 with his wifes permits.

In other news, a CPO cited a group of late season deer hunters for hunting with the aid of bait, no blaze orange, and no deer permits.

Deer hunter from Martinsville, pleaded guilty in a Clark county court for hunting over bait . He was fined $275 dollars, and forfeited all siezed equipment, including a bow, and two tree stands, with climbing sticks.

Several deer hunters were arrested for hunting from the road-way. The CPO , following up on the complaint of unlawful hunting, observed the criminals vehicle parked at a local business in a near-by town. The vehicle contained two uncased shotguns, and further interrogations led to the confessions of road hunting the day before as well.
