In reply to the venison heart thread, anybody here eat the lung? I had a neighbor in high school who lightly breaded and fried sliced venison lung. I think he put a bunch of season salt on it too. I tried it once: Wasn't bad. Very interesting texture. Has anyone else tried it? Is it good for you?

Im not particularly against eating "innerds" I like heart and liver but ,not having tried it, lung may be a little much for me.  To each his own.
