Caleb---- the old adage I've always heard is that the deer movement will be best about 12.5 hours after the moon is high. You can probably throw that together with a pinch of salt and come out with.....a pinch of salt[;)]
Most of our deer that are killed during the full moon are killed at daylight and at dark......occasionally someone sits through mid day and scores but not often. This is just my experience though.
It matters not the weapon nor its caliber, rather the caliber of the one who wields it.
