Some of you probably have heard of this, however it is brand new to me. Last night, a guy I am training with (in Cleveland) told me to go to Freddies BBQ and order a Polish boy.
A smoked sausage , coleslaw, french fries, lathered in BBQ sauce, all stuffed in a bun!!!!
It was incredible.
So I am thinking with this years deer, making smoked deer sausage polish boys!
Anyone do these?
