Yeah triangles are the samething as a diamond pushup and zimmer is basically the same thing as a bodyweight lunge but you keep your hand behind your head and do them in a stationary position. It gets it's name from an Olympic wrestler who done 1000 of them a day while training.

I can't remember how old you are, but a lot of us hit rock bottom in our early 30's. Up to that point we never had to try that hard. We could eat whatever we wanted and simply goofed off for exercise and it was enough. Things change somewhere in the late 20's and we begin to deteriorate physically because we're not keeping up with the decline. Then something happens that forces us to come to grips with how far we have let it slide.
At that point some people just give up. Other people make a conscious choice to toe the line and fix the problem. That takes guts!
