Of course, spend all the time possible in the woods. But having said that, pay close attention to CA`s rut prediction, and you`ll be time ahead.

Welcome abord rutjunkie! I too live in Michigan, and I even have some property down in the Jackson area, we hunt! We've got some real big boys down there! Check out the Michigan page on the forum.. Might learn a thing or two from other Michigan hunters.
