Harsh Winter Hard on Herd

It's been a tough winter back home this year, but I can't remember seeing the results as illustrated with these photos. You would occasionally come across dead deer walking for pheasants and would always see pheasants frozen solid from an overnight low reaching the 75 below windchills.

Just sad, Ive never seen anything like that before.
