Just an update on training.
Getting some strength back in the upper body now. In the 285# 2-3 rep area (depends on the day) on the BP. Everything else is stronger too.
Started to increase the cardio too the last couple weeks, and the leg strength has plummeted. But I had been nursing a torn ab for months, so with all that, i don't feel like I am too off pace.
I want the 300+ BP by end of April
and the 315 squat.
Only thing stopping me would be the union workers.
I hope they sign.
