GlenDel Full Rut Target

Just thought I'd plug the GlenDel Full Rut 3D target.  I just got it for my b-day.  It's pretty pricey ($220), but I think I'll love it.
 
I've only taken a handfull of shots, but the arrow removal is simple (as advertised).  It takes my Rage practice head very well (little to no difference between Rage and normal practice tips).
 
It does weigh quite a bit.  Not something you'd want to put up and take down for each use.
 
I worry about it being stolen if I leave it up in my yard.

Sounds like a nice gift, congrads on the bday, Patriot. Question for you and the others: is there another target that is better for using with broadheads? Regular ones, like Muzzys, etc. I had a block target and shot Muzzys into it and basically had to throw the target away by the end of the first year.

I've had a Yellow Jacket broadhead target for at least 3 years, & it still stops all my arrows. I just painted on white bullseyes at different locations so it doesn't wear out so quick. I shot Muzzy heads before switching to Rage two blades. The outside of the target is similar to the new block targets, but doesn't cost as much.
 
Patriot, I made a base for my full rut target so it's easy to put up & take down. With what it costs, I'd like to prolong the life of the target. It's also harder for it to walk away when it's locked in my shed.

Regarding broadheads...assuming your broadheads fly the same as practice tips...just shoot the practice tips if possible.  I made several circles on my block and it's lasted 6 years now.  Again, I mainly shoot target tips though.

Patriot, it may look a bit Redneckish, but it works like a charm. I also made an attachment to hang a bag target on the same base. I'll take some pictures & try to post them. (I'm a newby at that sort of thing.)
