Antlerless Permits Could Decline Next Season

A moderate to severe winter in Northeastern Minnesota probably will result in more restrictive deer management this fall, said Tom Rusch, Department of Natural Resources area wildlife manager at Tower. That will mean fewer bonus permits for antlerless deer and more deer management units in which lotteries will beheld for antlerless permits, Rusch said.

Does this mean when we are driving from Duluth to Thunder Bay in June we don't have to watch for deer this year? What about the Moose eh ?, same thing?
