I live in South Jersey, but i do 99 % of my hunting out of state. NJ has gotten to expensive just to kill a 118 ld, 1 1/2 yr old buck. NJ has overshot their deer heard for several years now with unlimited does, whitch means {brown & down } to most gun clubs, which accounts for lots of future bucks in the form of button bucks killed on deer drives & poor choice hunters. NJ only has a quailty deer 3pt rules in a small # of zones. Lots of antis,100% of private land posted or leased. Public ground full of weekend solders with quads who have no reguard for private property or your hunting set up. I've had good luck in NB Canada, Alberta Canada, Illinios, NY..Stay away from { Deerfield Plantation in St. George, South Carolina } Bad Outfitter, no quality Deer. Oweners son-in-law told us the day we got there , he was shooting trophy animals the night before we got therefrom the upper bed room windows but missed.... I guess he thought that would get our hopes up because he missed...If your a paying customer & drove 800 miles to get their..The first thing you dont want to hear is that your outfitter is an outlaw..Good quality Outfitters & Trophy animals go out west.
