Vital Information contains tons of scientific information. One of the highlights is a section about aging deer with a jaw. Can you age the deer this jaw bone came from? I'll post the answer in about a week.

I think he's pretty old..I'll go 5.5 to 6.5 yrs

Im going to just give a guess and say it's around 4.5-5.5..But I wouldnt be susprized if it was younger.

I think this deer is only 3 1/2 to 4 years old. Teeth aren't wore done real well to be too old.
