Would be an interesting way around the non-resident landowner price increase, creating an LLC. What are Missouri licensing fees for that.

I want to say its around 175.00 to register the LLC. The cost to set one up is around 800.00. I didn't do it for the license issue - at the time there was not a reason to do so. It did it, same as any other reason, for the liability protection.
However, it seems pretty clear this is acceptable.

We've been certified as a tree farm by Missouri. I may have to check into registering ourselves as a business.
