Baiting study

I just found this report on the DNR site and thought it was interesting. SC has regions that can bait and regions that cannot. This creates lots of conflicts obviously between hunters, LEOs, and legislators, and the Bambi lovers. This report is an interesting read (I think) and explains some of the negative impacts of baiting which I don't necessarily believe. It actually says that it's easier to kill a deer on a WMA than over a corn feeder. SO...if your bored, it's like 15 pages. Oh yea, it explains a little as to why the season is so long here in SC. I read that report a year or so ago and found that there were too many unaccounted for variables for me to get behind the idea that it's easier to kill deer in unbaited as opposed to baited areas.
