Ok I'm new to these forums, and puter ignant to boot, so I don't know how to make my pics show up on this thread, so I have to use the photobucket route.

Two from N.C.  Just to weigh in on whether or not trail cams scare deer.  I have five pix of this deer and many, many multiple shots of other bucks.

All my homebrews are built myself and use various boards. They all have Sony cameras in them that can be taken out and used seperately for harvest photos if needed. Most use the Sony P41, I also have a couple Sony S40 and S600's in use. I also have one IR video unit (Sony TR517) that was getting some good footage over a scrape 3 weeks ago. I have that posted in another thread.

One of the most impressive deer on my West KY lease. Nicknamed "Slash" because of the cut in his left ear.

Had this big guy on camera twice in October; this one is in a scrape. I moved my stand about 60 yards from this scrape.

Opening weekend of gun season, he came back and the meat is in my freezer and the head is at the taxidermist.

Nice deer, that's the way it's suppose to be done. Get them on a camera, set up, then shoot them.
