ORIGINAL: Greenhorn

I just picked up a Spikehorn for my daughter this week. It is a youth model with a 16" barrel.

Can you upload a photo of that? Is that the Marlin?

Use the Marlin when in the wood, the BAR for open field.

Thought I'd bring this back up to give some of our newer members a chance to show everyone their favorite hunting guns & let everyone enjoy the diversity of our hunting implements. [:)]

I hunt in upstate NY where it's heavy timber & brush. You can't even see past 50-60 yds so my .35 Remington Marlin 336C is just the ticket. A carbine's reduced size & weight is great for climbing tall grades & heavy brush.
