I don't want to hunt my spots until it cools down and the bucks might move before dark, but I am getting antsy!!

I hear you on that one.  Opening weekend it rained the whole time, and this last weekend it was hot and humid.  I made it out last Saturday night but sweated my a$$ off on my way to the stand.  Didn't see a thing, and think the deer prob. weren't moving that much anyways.
 
Watch out this weekend though.  There is a front moving in on Friday night.  Temps supposed to drop 15-20 degrees AND we'll be working with a north/northeast wind.  Perfect!
