Does anyone have the Lowrance C Hunt GPS & software?

I bought the Lowrance C Hunt this year.. I really like it so far and have enjoyed many of the features it does. However I have a few questions.. I Also bough the software for it from Cabelas. I am wondering if I was given the wrong software because the card doesnt fit the gps. The software says its for that gps. I thought you could plug it into your gps and bring it up on the computer. Is there somthing eles I have to buy? Also I cant seem to figure out how to get it into "hunt mode" where I can look at the bromometer. Any help thanks guys.
