subscribing to forums

I was curious if any of you, or even the administrator could tell me, knew how to subscribe to the forums on here?  I looked at the FAQs and it says there should be a subscribing icon below your log in status on the page but I don't see it anywhere.  AND I don't see any other place where anything else is where I can click to subscribe.  I haven't used these forums very much since it got turned over from the old ones since it's harder for me to check my posts and see what everyone is saying.  I used to get everything sent to my email and that was so fast and easy...I would like to be able to do that again.  I haven't received much feed back from the administrator on this either, so any help would be appreciated!!!!
