Submissions to the Magazine

I figure I'll start here -- it's as good a spot as any.  How do I go about submitting stories for consideration for publication?  What are your submission guidelines.  I am an avid reader of 20 years-- subscriber for most of it.   I also realize I have gobs of material from 25 years of hunting that I should pass along to others.

Please point me in the right direction.  Thanks.
