Well warm weather has finally come, turkey hunters are packing away their calls (or will be soon) and your buck already has a few inches of velvet going. Deer season is only about four months away. Now is the time to start preparing your most vital piece of equipment, your body!
I don't care who you are. We can all make improvements and head to the woods as a fitter, safer, and more effective hunters. I have harped on this many times, and I will keep doing so, physical conditioning is the single most underrated aspect of hunter safety and success. Now is the time to begin your pre-season training!
