What is the best camera to use ?

What is the best camera to get , I did not say the most expensive camera , I said the best . What is your opinion ?

i have two. i have the leaf river edge which is very nice and i also have the cuddeback. i would reccomend both cameras. they are nice!

I have 2 Wildview game cameras and they work great. I purchased them at gander mountain. one for $100 and one for $80. the one that was $100 came with an sd memory card. As far as bang for your buck goes, these are great. They produce great pictures, night and day, and also have good battery life. They have internal mememory and the slot for the removable sd card for more memory. Easy to use... amazing cameras

I have a Moultrie M40 which has worked well. The battery life is very good and the day pics are clear and crisp. The video quality is amazing for a trail cam.

I also use the wildview, for the time and money you spend you want to set them up right the first time out!!!
 
You can get a 3 to 5 mag for about $100.00
Then get yourself a external Battery 12 volt hookup this is about $40.00 (you can find these where the cams are sold)
A small SOLAR panel like the ones being used for the feeders $30.00 get a 10' wood pole and attach it to the panel. attach it to a tree facing the south east. it will keep everything charged.
Lastly 2, 1 gig SD cards  $20.00
 
For under $200.00 dollars you have all you need to keep your cams out all year with out really needing to watch your area or hunting spot.

I just bought a Wildview 2IR on clearance from Fleet Farm for about 90 bucks.  I then bought a 12 volt battery from Walmart.  I have taken a hundred or so pictures thus far.  Clarity is great at night and daytime. The only down fall so far is that if a deer is close (2-3 ft) some of the pictures are really whited out. Trigger speed is great and I have had clear day time pictures out to 50 feet.  I recommend this camera if you are serious budget minded hunter.
 
If you have some extra cash to throw around I would recommend getting a MAD Wildlife EYE.  I have had mine for about 2 years and really really love it.  I personally enjoy live footage with audio too.  I have about a dozen or so clips with no deer present in front of camera but I can hear them either eating, walking, grunting, bleating, and I can even hear two bucks fighting behind the camera in my food plot.  However, you can only get about 60 mins max of footage depending on battery life and weather conditions (cold temps really drain the batteries).
