Its really no surprise. Just like everything else here in Ill. You get crooked politicians, sure I dont have to mention any names, combined with the Chicago politic machine, which our pres. is a product of, and you get overspending which the only answer to is higher taxes and raise fees wherever possible. What they cant get thru their heads is that the people who pay those(taxes and fees) are struggling already. So let the herd go and maybe the Insurance Companies will pay us to hunt or at least buy our tags for us. LOL
